The underlying index utilizes a proprietary, rules-based methodology developed by Ladenburg Thalmann Index, LLC (the “index provider”), which is designed to measure the performance of publicly-listed large-capitalization and mid-capitalization companies that are positioned to benefit from “electrification”.
