It invests predominantly in common stocks of large- and mid-cap companies (the “Investable Universe”). The fund’s derivative investments may include, among other instruments: (i) options; (ii) volatility-linked ETFs; (iii) volatility-linked exchange-traded notes (“ETNs”). It is non-diversified.
